Emergency, Accident & Breakdown Policy

Emergency

If there is injury or immediate danger, contact the relevant UAE emergency authority first and then AL WOJHA when safe.

Accident

• Follow the relevant authority's accident-reporting procedure.
• Notify AL WOJHA immediately.
• Obtain the required official report.
• Preserve photographs and relevant documents where reasonably possible.
• Do not admit liability or arrange a private settlement without following the required procedure.

Breakdown

Stop safely where possible and contact AL WOJHA immediately. Do not continue driving where doing so is unsafe or likely to worsen damage. Non-emergency repairs require AL WOJHA approval.

Theft / Vandalism

Report theft, attempted theft or vandalism immediately to the relevant authority and AL WOJHA. Provide the official report and available evidence.

Replacement Vehicle

Replacement vehicles are subject to availability, eligibility, insurance and operational conditions.
