Vehicle-specific charges
Vehicle rental rates, security deposit, SCDW/protection price, deductible/excess and any category-specific charges are configured by management and shown in the applicable booking/Rental Agreement.
Default commercial rules
- Daily included mileage: 250 km/day.
- Monthly included mileage: 5,000 km/month.
- Excess mileage default: AED 0.50/km unless the booking states otherwise.
- Security deposit: vehicle-specific management-configured amount.
- Salik/DARB/tolls: actual authority charge plus any disclosed AL WOJHA administration/service fee.
- Traffic fines: actual authority charge plus any disclosed administration fee.
Other charges
Delivery/collection, airport, out-of-hours, additional-driver, baby-seat, cleaning/smoking, lost-key, missing-accessory, fuel-service, recovery and other operational charges apply only when relevant and disclosed in the applicable booking, Rental Agreement or Fee Schedule.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated according to UAE tax law. Where VAT applies, the applicable VAT amount and rate are shown on the invoice.
No undisclosed fees
AL WOJHA will not impose an undisclosed rental fee. The applicable charge must be disclosed through the booking, Rental Agreement, Fee Schedule or another legally compliant customer communication.
